On The Last Graduation

On the last graduation, we had the best time. Students from the exit levels 103, 106 and 109 sat down together as one team; laughing, giggling, booing and chatting with each other. Performances were laid out beautifully by our fellow comrades. Each level stepped up and took the challenge to perform in front of their friends. Forgetting the fact that we are here to learn and to embrace English, we enjoyed ourselves singing one of the most famous love songs “My heart will go on” by Celine Dion. Even though we didn’t have melodious nor harmonious voices, we pulled it off and received a big round of applause from the crowd.

Since the theme of last month was Valentine’s Day, the 106B class came out with one beautiful poem of love. It was one beautiful feeling when people screamed our names and supported us.

When every performance was carried out, the moment that we had been waiting for finally came up. The agony, the tense and the woe were clearly painted on our faces. Each teacher from each level was called out to present the certificates for us and slowly the negative feelings disappeared, as students received their well-earned certificates. This is the tradition of ELS.
