ELS Malaysia is now embarking on its next phase of development and is inviting highly competent and motivated individuals to fill the various positions as listed:

1) Recruitment Services Executive(Marketing)
(Based in Kuala Lumpur)

  • BA / BS required, bussiness or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, e-marketing experience preferred
  • Technical marketing skills
  • Excellent command of English with a creative ability, knowledge of Chinese an added of advantage
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

2) Accounts Assistant/Executive
(Based in Kuala Lumpur)

  • Minimum LCCI or Diploma/Degree in Accounting
  • Able to handle full set of accounts & familiar with UBS Accounting System
  • 2-3 years experience in accounting
  • Able to start work immediately is an added advantage

3) Administrative Assistant
(Based in Kuala Lumpur)

  • Diploma in any discipline.
  • Experience in Education field will be an added advantage.
  • Assist in all Administrative functions.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.

4) Administrative Executive
(Based in Kuala Lumpur)

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in relevant discipline.
  • Assist in all office administration/operation and students affairs/activities.
  • 2-3 years in office management/administration.

5) English Language Instructor
(Based in Kuala Lumpur/Penang)

  • Relevant Bachelor/Master’s degree with TESL/TEFL/TESOL.
  • 2 years experience in teaching English.
  • Responsible for teaching and training.
  • Committed to teaching, cooperative and innovative.

6) Student Affairs Officer
(Based in Kuala Lumpur)

  • Diploma/Bachelor Degree in relevant discipline.
  • Responsible for student welfare, accommodation, immigration and other necessary services concerning students.
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in similar field.
  • Service oriented, hands-on, friendly, firm, able to communicate in English.

7) Marketing / Business Development Executive
(Based in Kuala Lumpur)

  • Minimum Business Degree and/or similar work experience
  • Characteristics: self-driven, initiative, friendly and dynamic
  • 1-3 years experience in marketing
  • Fluent English communicator
  • Must be interested in the Education industry
  • Able to start work immediately is an added advantage
